A BIT ABOUT MY PRACTICE

My wellness practice grew from a lifelong passion for the arts and a desire to blend creativity with personal growth and social impact. Ever since I was a kid, I explored various artistic mediums, but it was when I moved to Toronto for university that I discovered my love for dance and production—live events, film, and photography. The act of creating became a powerful, full-bodied experience that connected me to others and sparked my interest in how mind, body, and spirit can align.

My path into holistic wellness started with yoga when a roommate invited me to take a class with her. It became more than aphysical practice and deepened my understanding of balance and connection with self and others. It led me complete a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2019. Alongside this, I began exploring my identity as a Filipina-American and how my multitude of passions—art, wellness, and culture—could intersect.

And ever since, my curiosities have led me to expand my personal wellness and spirituality practices through sound, reiki, and ancestral connection.

I aim to create and nurture cared-for spaces and moments where artists and women can embrace their self-autonomy, connect with their vulnerability, and embrace their authentic selves. I believe the most beautiful and impactful changes begin from within which then is reflected in external transformations. Through these spaces, I experiment with the modalities of breath, movement, meditation, and sound. I emphasize self-advocacy and that I am a guide and YOU are YOUR own teacher.
